                                                          We have visited this restaurant on several occasions and were disappointed with the food on this occasion. The Brie appetizer which was excellent is no longer available and has been replaced by an appetizer that was hard to cut or over cooked. "Light my fire" flamed up into your face and could have singed hair. was not that tasty. We tried the "chef special" which was a piece of bass fish that was mild and tasteless. The only taste came from the black rice saturated with lemongrass sauce. Then we finished off with a chocolate sorbet that was nothing more than a frozen ice cream ball that melted in a mound of Hershey's chocolate. Overall, not up to the excellence that we normally experience there. The wine selection is excellent and the service superb. Hope the menu will return to some of the old favorites that never disappoint.

                                                          Our group enjoyed EVERY entree—the bison short ribs, salmon, sea bass, shrimp and sausage penne—we recommend them all!! Service was also great. Like every restauarant in Summit County, it’s not cheap. But is your looking for a quality meal, make a reservation here!

                                                          Bistro North is a dining must when we are in the area for our annual ski trip! Our server for dinner was Cody and he was outstanding! Our party consisted of six adults and we ordered various cocktails, appetizers, main courses and desserts, all of which were excellent! One of our favorite restaurants and we will be back!

                                                          Menu looked great. Looking at the menu I had high expectations and I was not disappointed. I was a bit shocked that I locked in a reservation 2 hours ahead of time on a Saturday night. Service was fantastic food was great. Would definitely go back again. The appetizers are generous portions and my only regret is that I didn't have the stomach capacity to try more different things.

                                                          Bistro North consistently delivers top-notch service and food. We discovered this spot probably three years ago, and we make sure to dine there on our regular stays in Silverthorne. My husband and I shared an appetizer, entree & dessert. All were excellent & the presentation for all three was stellar. My husband also enjoyed his Old Fashion cocktail, sharing that it was superior to many others he’s had. And Aaron, our waiter, was extremely knowledgeable & helpful to us in making our selections!
