Hands down one of the best meals I've had! I ordered the lobster thermidor, and was surprised to be able to pickout the lobster myself. Staff was cordial, welcoming, and friendly. Best restaurant we visited in Grand Case, will be back :)

Excellent meal. We had french onion soup (the best we have ever had) and (of course) the lobster. We really wanted desert but were too full. We would highly recommend this restaurant for a special night out (and split the lobster so there is room for desert!)

Food and wait staff are amazing. They all make you feel as if you are their family. Lobster thermidor can. Or be beat! I’ve never had a meal I didn’t enjoy at Bistrot Caraïbes!

Great meal for 4 of us. I had onion soy which was fantastic!! Also had the seafood in a lobster bisque which was also great! We share crème brûlée which was outstanding!! One of the best meals on the Island!! The others in our group agreed!! All is good there!!

This is our favorite restaurant on the island. We visit every year, and try to carve out an evening for a trip to Grand Case to shop and dine. The lobster bisque is my favorite, and their specials are always on point. The service is top notch, and the food is amazing. There is a pricier option across the street, and there you pay for a view, here you are paying for high quality food.

Great servers. Atmosphere and view. The food was flawless and tasted amazing!!! My only negative comment would be allowing guest to smoke while others were still eating.

We wanted a reservation for 7:30 pm which is not possible so they suggested 8:15 pm. When we arrived there was no tables available til approximately 8:30 pm. They were extremely busy. We asked for water twice. Finally i got the attention from neighbouring waitress and got the water. Unfortunately there was a family of 9 besides of that was very loud so the atmosphere wasn’t what we expected. Now on another note. The food was delicious. Worth every penny. By the time we were having our meal it was around 9:50 pm. I think maybe we should of made earlier reservations. Were aren’t used to eating that late which isn’t the restaurants fault. We would go again but the earlier sitting.

Delightful! Our go to place to celebrate my birthday. The lobster thermidor is exquisite. Love selecting the lobster from the pool out front & posing for a pic while holding our “dinner.” The staff is welcoming & very tuned in to your every need.
