Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better. Excellet food, good atmosphere. Waitress was superb. Busy on Valentine;s day, but was very good

Service was fast and friendly; crispy chicken sandwich was large in portion while the brioche bun added to its satisfaction; fries and a rather large creamy side of cole slaw accompanied the sandwich. Good lunch all around.

The food was good, the service - sub-par. Server screwed up one entree (ok it happens), didn't bother to see if we needed drink refills while we were wait for all entrees (not good), a different server brought out some of the original order (no issues there, food was hot), waited 20 more minutes for final entree (it was soup, so since it is pre-made it shouldn't have taken that long), had to ask for drink refill where server brought my beer, refilled one water but ignored two others in my party (inattention), after we all had our entrees, did not bother to check back until 5 minutes before we were finished (unconcerned). During the course of our meal, serve made no attempt to remove appetizer plates or used cutlery. It did not appear server had a lot of tables, it appears the individual just barely cared. I will not comment on the unprofessional appearance with the huge nose ring because I don't think there is an appearance standard because it is so hard to get employees. Sad the bar is so low as it does not speak well of the management climate, maybe they are afraid of getting sued? Tip amount reflected the lackluster service but gave benefit of the doubt in case server was new and not held to high standards. No, we did not address our observations to the management Anyway, food was good, and my 10yo granddaughter's favorite place, so I have to go back, even if begrudgingly. Hopefully, we will have a different server.

Our experience at BJ’s was very good. The waitress , Athena, was excellent and that made the difference. She was knowledgeable about the menu and helpful with any requests and questions. The food was prompt and enjoyed. Our experience tonight was a great one.
