Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better. Worst service ever! Awful waitress and manager, waited over 1/2 hour for mediocre hamburger had to get out of my seat to track down the manager and waitress and still didn’t come to the table to help, will never return!

We were a party of 7 with three toddlers. Food was great, once it arrives. Servers were not attentive and do not announce breaks or server changes. ALL servers walk by without a glance. Finished and stacked dinner plates went unnoticed and only removed when we walk up to the register twice to directly request our table be cleaned. Refills were few and far in between. Apparently requesting a kids fruit cup to be only strawberries takes four attempts. This place was a one and done for us.

We were waiting for the guests of honor so we took up too much time for our server. She handled it like a champ.

The Hamburger was Delicious as well as French Fries. All staff were welcoming - we had Great Service from our Server!

We got in right away because we had a reservation. It's been awhile since we have eaten here. Maybe 4-5 tears ago. The service is so so and when we got our order it was wrong. Food was dry and we run out if ranch sauce and had to wait for it and my appetite was already gone. Why will they give me 1/8 cup of sauce for so many chicken wings. Can't wait to get out of that restaurant. It used to be good. Don't bother yourself to go there.
