Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better. All was very good, food was very good, However the service from Paige was Outstanding !!! We had a party of 8 and she could not be more calm and accommodating ! Offered many suggestions and continued to check on us without being overbearing. Paige was truly great !

Our waitress was very attentive and very pleasant. The food came out quickly, it was warm, and was delicious. The only complaint we had was that the restaurant was a tad too cold.

We arrived at 6:55 for our 7:00 reservation. It seemed to be a busy Saturday night . The staff was overwhelmed and there were 5 people ahead of us to “check in.” We didn’t actually have a staff member speak to us until 7:10, she checked us in and said it would be 45 minutes for a table despite our reservation. We have 4 kids (group of 8 total) with us and indicated it wouldn’t be possible for us to wait this long without a melt down. My husband offered that we could sit at a smaller table with the kids on our laps. We were sat around 7:20 and waiter came to get our drink order roughly 8 minutes later. His portable ordering system froze and he only got 75 percent of our drinks plugged in and had to go get help from a manager. He came back about 10 minutes later and again couldn’t complete our drink order since his system froze. We waited another 5-10 minutes as he spoke to his manager but when he appeared again he said his system was still broken. We asked if someone else could take our order or if it could just be written down and we were told no. At this point it was 7:45 and we still didn’t even have our full drink order in so we had to leave. The staff seemed to want to do a good job but didn’t have the staffing level or tools to make it happen.

The staff was kind from the first interaction to the last. The food was excellent and the pizookie was Awesome!! We really had an excellent time.

Went there on Valentine’s Day for my nephew birthday. All of us had the worst food it says mac & cheese on the menu, but they gave us couscous mac & cheese, and didn’t tell us and got mad when we asked off our bill because that’s not what we asked for.

Our waiter and service was great. It was very cold by the window. I was a little disappointed with the Vegan/Veggie options. My husband was a little disappointed that they were out of what he wanted to order.

BJs it’s usually lackluster and tonight was no different. It was freezing in the restaurant. The food came so fast it was obviously sitting on a counter as confirmed by the temperature of the meat. The dessert was good though.

The menu is extensive with many great options. The server Perris was friendly and knowledgeable. The food was delicious and the service attentive.

All of our food was cold but we waited a while so decided to eat it anyways so we didn't have to wait even longer. There was very minimal lighting, my dad couldn't even read the menu.
