Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better. Had a reservation booked, didn’t get seating until 15 mins past reservation time because of lack of servers available. The temperature inside was not much better than it was outside. (It was a very cold day) Server took a lengthy amount of time to even get drinks ordered and brought to us. Appetizer came out fast before the drinks did. Rest of the entrees took, I’m not joking here, 56 minutes to arrive. At a table of 7 with three of them being by kids meals, I feel like this is unacceptable. Not to mention trying to keep three children entertained for an hour in a restaurant that is freezing cold is not an easy task. Refills on drinks had to be done by hunting down our server. It was never on the front of her mind and it was pretty clear. THE ONLY saving grace about this place was the food was decent. The deep dish pizza particularly was good, jambalaya was really spicy if you like that, club sandwich was good as well. Then came time to pay.. the total was around $160, and the only reason this place got any kind of tip from me was because of the food. I left $15. Paid by phone by scanning the QR code and left the tip directly on there. As one of my quests is still finishing their meal, the server must of realized how the check was paid and was clearly not happy with what was left as a tip. She zooms past our table and snatches the receipt off the table aggressively, slams it on the cashier desk, comes back to our table and very, VERY aggressively starts clearing our table without saying a word. Honestly, if it wasn’t my sons birthday and he had requested this place, we would of never stayed past realizing how cold it was inside. I don’t recommend eating here unless you have lots of time to kill waiting around to be seated and for your food.

Ordered the prime rib and got a ribeye instead. When the waitress took it back, her manager said that it was prime rib. So apparently I don’t know the difference between prime rib and a ribeye! That is the second time that had happened at that restaurant. Never going back.

Waiter was distracted and the food wasn’t as on time as usual. No plates for appetizers and had to ask for utensils. Sandwich was soggy. Overall, it was disappointing for the first time.

Pizza came out cold, that has happened the last two times I have been there. Ask for grilled salmon for my child, just grilled and it came out with a sauce on it that my daughter would not eat. Drinks were wrong. Server seemed in a hurry and was throwing things on the table.

I took my daughter and her friend for HOCO dinner. Our server Imani was knowledgeable, friendly and just an amazing addition to our experience. Our food came hot and seasoned well. I will definitely be back.

We had a time !!! After waiting about tens minutes despite being early. We were able to be seated together and our waiter was amazing, the food was delicious everyone enjoyed it and it was amazing bday!! Definitely will be back.

My sister and I went for the prime rib. The prime rib was chewy and bland. My baked potato was not cooked long enough. We ordered water with our drinks and they never showed up. The strawberry pizooki was very good and was the only highlight. Even the house margarita was bland. Just not what we were expecting at all. They did credit us for one dinner.
