   We were hungry for a burger so we tried BJs. It was scrumptious. The service was a little slow, the restaurant itself was chilly and you wanted to keep on your coat during the meal.

   This is the first time we’ve ever had any problems at the restaurant. We arrive there at 11 when the doors open with another couple. The music was so loud. We had a hard time talking and asked the waitress if we could turn it down she indicated that corporate policy to keep it at that level and she said at times she can’t hear, the customers when she interacts with them. We placed our orders when it was time to eat. I had to ask for new utensils as mine were dirty. When the food came, my tortilla soup was lukewarm so I had to send it back. The other person’s sweet potato french fries were lukewarm, but he ate them, sounds like things need to improve customer service to be positive.

    Service was very poor. Had a 5:30 reservation and didn’t get our food until 6:40ish. Everything was slow. Getting drinks, refills, ordering, and getting food. No communication about the delays either until our food was coming and manager came to apologize for the wait. They did discount our meal but poor experience. We had children in our party to 2+ hour meals are difficult. They wanted dessert but we couldn’t stand to wait anymore.
