Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better. So in many ways we haven't just crafted a brand, but a mindset. And our guests are the reason for this. I arrived wit reservations..only waited 5 mins and was seated ..service was amazing food came out in timely manner...and tasty..prices was a little pricey..but over all I will be back

Valentine's Day dinner , we made reservations for 730 for a party of 5 . We did not get seated until 750. When the food arrived 40 minutes after the order was taken , IT WAS COLD! My daughter's mini corn dogs were FROZEN STILL! OVERALL TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVEN CONSIDERING THE BUSIER THAN USUAL . MY FIRST TIME WAS AND WILL BE MY LAST TIME AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT

One of the worst dining experiences we have ever had and our last 4 months ago was pretty bad. My wife's food was burnt after 40 mins of waiting for our food. Then to fix it after another 30 min wait (over an hour for a med. Temp cheeseburger and fries) we it took it to go. Since everyone one else was done. The only manager visit was when our food was literally delivered, no chance to try, and she wanted to know if our food was delicious. Had to ask the mangers name since she would not return your table. Not a care in the world about the anything. This is the second time in a row for an awful experience. Our last visit. I will also share when we ordered there were 10 tables sat in the whole restaurant at 5pm.

We had a few menu problems. They didn't have the beer my friend wanted. Believe me why is this called a brewery if you dont have the beer you want?? They didn't have pork chops I wanted and that was a special this day. They ran out of baked potato. Also was another thing I don't recall right now. We made a reservation and still had to wait. So what is the reason for the reservation?? We had good service and thank God for that!!!! It was not a pleasant visit. You will not be getting a good review in the restaurant magazine. You failed on so many ends. Very discouraged. We will not be back and neither will our friends as well as family. Who knows how many others will not be going from bad reviews.

We never got our food almost 2 hours into the evening. We spoke to the manager when she came around to check on us. She said she was working on things and would return. After 15 minutes of waiting we told her we were leaving. Awful experience all around. Negative three hundred stars.

Tables and seats were wet when seated. Asked waitress to dry off but she didn’t do a very good job so we used table napkins to dry completely. Manager came over and said he would do it. Then one of the four meals was cold when served. Sent it back to warm it up but we finally asked the manager to check on it . By the time he brought it to our table, the three of us were finished with our meal. One of our meals was supposed to be grilled fish taco and it came out as breaded fish. The manager did not charge for the one meal that came out late. Just frustrating exp.

Food is always great as usual which is why we come back. The service however wasn't the greatest this time around, we had a baby with us and the waitress hardly came around. As a party of only 4 adults + 1 baby and a reservation I think it's unacceptable for us to be there for just over 2 hours.. Then to be given the bill & not come back, I had to go find someone to close it out they proceeded to go look for the waitress for us.

The food is okay. The pizookies are honestly the best part and the drinks were good. The Sals chicken was a lackluster in flavor- it honestly tasted like boiled chicken prisoners would eat. Burgers are good, I’d stick with fried foods if I were coming back. The service was okay. He seemed nice but like we were an inconvenience being there.
