Time counts at BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we’ve continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ’s a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ’s to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back.

We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we’ve put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better.

It was great. The noise level was low even though they were busy. We could easily hear each other

We checked in with a hostess when we arrived, she claimed she checked us in. We never left the host stand area while we waited. I received a text saying it was almost our turn and I showed the second hostess the text and she verbally confirmed our reservation was ready. After a half hour of waiting, someone in our party saw the hostess delete our reservation from their system. They then claimed they had paged us multiple times and called out our name which was a complete lie since we were standing there the entire time and they never called us or sent any further texts or “pages”.

BJ's has become our go to place. The food is great and the service has always been very good. Plus they take reservations!

We’ve come here many times and took a break for awhile because it took far too long to get drinks. This time around we had the absolute best server (Alex) and she was knowledgable regarding the menu and had amazing communication skills. She asked the we put our menu at the edge of the table so that she knows when we’re ready. Simply the best. I hope she sees this and knows that we had such a great experience and enjoyed everything we ordered because of her suggestions! Thank you Alex!!

The only good thing about the experience was our server. Even though we had a 7:15 reservation, I saw walk-in people getting tables first. The hostesses seemed to have no idea how to do their job. Poor communication between them and the people waiting for tables. Would not have gotten seated when we did if I didn’t get in the manager’s ear. To be fair, he was trying to make the best of poor communication skills with his hostesses. But I want to reiterate that our server, James L. was TERRIFIC. He should be recognized for doing a great job !!!

The food was delicious & our server was heaven sent but had to wait 45 mins to get seated even with a reservation

To be fair it was nye. We had a reservation but still had to wait one hour to be seated. We then waited 20 minutes more to have our drink orders taken. Food came out at all different times. The food was decent untill our queso dip with chips came out cold. We informed the manager and he replaced it quickly. Our second round of drinks never came untill I was literally paying the bill. They did take that round off the bill. Our server was polite and friendly but the restaurant was very understaffed and underprepared for this busy day. I am not sure I would go back. My reservation was for 6:30 and we did not leave untill 9:00 and all we ordered was burgers and pizza. Bad timing on their end.

Made a reservation through open Table. Waited almost an hour and left. Empty tables in bar not being used. Told they are saved for parties of 8. Meanwhile lobby is packed with groups of 4 waiting. Won’t be back!

The parm crusted chicken was half the size and not as good as the last time we were at a BJs. The chicken parm was ok but not worth what they charge. The calamari was served cold. The server said the manager insisted we get another order but after 45 minutes waiting for our food and one failed attempt at an appetizer, we would have preferred to get our entrees. The calamari was served a second time and it was served warm. It was good. Consistency is key and will be back and hope it will be better food and service next time. Server was friendly but slow. It was busy so we were patient. We had a small desert and it was delicious although the chocolate ice cream was completely melted when it arrived at our table. Hopefully our next visit will be like our first visit as this visit was not the best but everyone has an off night here and there
