Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We love going to BJ's but tonight the steak was overcooked as was shrimp...disappointing. Ask for rare, maybe it will come out ok. The appetizer trio great but had to wait on extra chips then our food came. My husband liked the jambalaya and pot stickers were yum! Our waitress was wonderful but service was slow with drinks. It was Friday evening at 6:30 though so all in all good and we will return just doubtful we'll order steak.

Food was very good and our server was excellent. If back in the area we would eat there again.

We were greeted and seated promptly, but that’s where the service ends. We waited over 45 minutes for our food. Two of the people in our party received theirs while the rest of us did not until about 20 minutes later. I asked for lemon for my water. The waitress never brought it. We asked for a soda refill. She forgot. Finally, another server came by and he was kind enough to bring a soda refill. Our waitresses was very inattentive and honestly acted like she didn’t want to be there. The food was good but unfortunately, the service was off putting. We were very disappointed as the restaurant wasn’t that busy.

My wife and I were on a date and decided to go to BJs. The food and drinks were great. The only issue we had was that our boneless wings arrived to our table warm. They were at the point where we decided to take them home and eat them later as they were cooling down. I wanted to say something, but opted not to, knowing they would throw them away and bring me a hot order. I don't believe in wasting food. That was my only complaint. Service was great.

It’s was extremely hot and never got cooled down the entire time we were there. And didn’t get happy birthday sang to my father in law. Tea tasted old.

Sometimes, BJs can be hit or miss. However, our experience at their Round Rock location exceeded my expectations. The food was great, and the pricing was surprisingly good, considering how prices have soared recently. However, the best part was the waiter. He was a young man who seemed to take pride in his job and went above and beyond in his service. He wasn't just a warm body taking our order, which is more common today. Great job, BJs! Keep it up, and we'll be back!
