Beautiful restaurant with well-spaced tables and very good background music that stays in the background. The bar area is perfect for happy hour; the main dining and patio areas are spacious. Tables for two along the the doors to the patio are too small and the lighting from above is unflattering. (Just say NO.) That said, we've always been fans of Blanco's kitchen and staff and this "Reserva" is definitely a step up. We'll be back.

We celebrated my wife’s birthday here and truly enjoyed our evening. Staff was friendly and attentive and such a beautiful restaurant.

Wonderful dining experience overall, after we were seated. Made a reservation in advance and then waited for 20minutes for our table to be ready while they seated all the walk-in diners. Not sure why we made a reservation?

We tried the new Blanco at Paradise Valley Mall area. It was very nice. We ordered the guacamole and it had a really good flavor. I asked the waitress what was in it and she said orange juice! Their chips were also quite good. My friends had burritos and I had the mahi tacos. Everyone said how good their food was. Even the cilantro rice and refried beans. We had a really nice lunch and I think it won't be long before we go again.

We ordered the lobster and shrimp pasta dish, and unfortunately, it was a one note dish with too much salt. Would not order again. Additionally, we ordered the tuna tacos, which basically fell apart in your hand, making a mess on your hand and the table and plate. However the ambience and service personnel were very good. We will go back and try different more traditional Mexican plates.

This was our first time at Blanco. We were promptly seated at our reservation time and the service was great. The chips and salsa are fresh and very tasty. I had the prime skirt steak fajitas and I have to say they were the best I’ve ever had! The accompanying burnt onion butter was exceptional. Definitely will be back!

Best margaritas! Salsa was great ! Queso delicious . The shrimp tacos had alittle too much apple cider vinegar

Ordered beer and got the wrong ones. They gave us the correct ones for free so that was ok. Ordered a beef chimi and got a chicken chimi. Food was very slow to come out. The did apologies for the wait but it took 2 servers and a manager to tell us it was going to be late. Some of the food was just warm at best. Seems like they were still getting over the being new stage. We will try it again after a few weeks.

Service was great. Food as well was very good. Sat on patio. Cold night, but heaters made it so comfortable. Definitely will go back. Drinks were great as well.
