Situated in the heart of la Roma, Blanco Colima is a restaurant located in one of the most iconic buildings of the end of the Porfiriato with an unbeatable architectural framework. A space opened to culture, art and gastronomy.

The gastronomy of Blanco Colima it’s a fusion between Spanish cuisine with Mexican accents. Its based on products of the highest quality creating a menu that focuses on the ingredient through our chef’s perspective.

It has a relax bar that offers fun cocktails to our guests created by our mixologist focused on bringing the best experience by using always high quality ingredients. Se andate a Città del Messico non potete non andare in questo ottimo ristorante. Noi ci siamo andati a pranzo ma forse a cena l’atmosfera può anche essere migliore. Tutto molto buono

Excellent lunch, tuna tostada, hamachi, prawns, excellent Spanish red (I know, should have been white) and a side of fries, all fab in a cool venue. Definitely recommend.

I have been at the restaurant several times for business meetings, but in this occasion as Murphy's law ...taking my wife was one of the worst experiences. The three ordered dishes were not at best Lima soup, expected to be similar to the Yucatan region, ended up being almost an Asian soup with noodles The Lechon tacos were more like carnitas.. dry and cold The beans were cold finally we ordered artichokes which never arrived to the extent that I requested the manager or captain presence and instead I got offered the dessert menu At the end, my wife very disatisfied, very tense evening to the extent that I doubt I will return in the future

We did the tasting menu and it was certainly a great experience. Our waiter was also terrific.

I wanted to try Blanco Colima for a few days and finally made it work. So happy we went to try!!!! This is upscale dining, fabulous food. Didn’t love the hamachi but we are used to the freshest, best seafood you can find so it’s ok. The carne items were fabulous. I made the mistake of trying a pepper on the plate which was a Serrano. Hotter than any Serrano I’ve been had. But burned so good! Reminds you you’re alive! Service was fabulous. Would go back here time and time again. Rodrigo was our server and he did an excellent job, very attentive and efficient. Thank you so much for a fabulous meal.

Excelente comida y servicio. Antonio nos atendió con mucha amabilidad, simpatía , y eficiencia. Los cocteles riquísimos Mezcal Negroni delicioso! El chicharrón de pulpo muy bueno, tostadas de atún, tacos de costilla, y el postre fundado de chocolate exquisito. Lamentablemente encontramos el nivel de ruido excesivo a un establecimiento de este rigor. El lugar es grande y precioso con varios espacios; barra, salones comedores, “disco” con dj y a través de todos música a volumen tan alto que apenas se puede conversar. El ambiente es mas parecido a un “sports bar” que un restaurante de buen comer. Tal vez yo malentendi la naturaleza del restaurante pero juzgando por los precios pense seria algo más especial.
