Perfect for pre-dinner or post-theatre drinks, choose from signature cocktails such as Negroni Fleur and Tonka Passion Fruit, featuring a blend of Haku vodka passion fruit purée, Passoã, tonka syrup, lime and yoghurt, topped with a foam of Whispering Angel rosé & wild strawberries. For a bite to eat with your drink, you can enjoy a signature aperitivo and a small plate for £18. No deposit or prepayment is required. May only be booked for maximum 8 guests.

To accompany, choose from a wide variety of wines, cocktails, sake and spirits. Our Lounge Bar menu is available every day from 12pm-11pm. The ideal choice for lunch, light bites or a delicious dinner. Please note, guests are invited to dine from our Lounge Bar menu every day for lunch, and on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday for dinner, when the restaurant is closed for à la carte dining.

Think Baked scallop and king prawn, aged beef Wellington, Valrhona chocolate fondant with hazelnut ice cream and more, set in the stunning Bloomsbury Street Kitchen. Please ensure your email and phone number are up to date. We will take a £40 deposit per person, which will be taken off your final bill. A discretionary service charge of 12.5% will be added to your bill. Cancellations are accepted up to 72 hours prior to your reservation. For any special dietary needs including vegetarian options or allergies, kindly make us aware via the special request box at the time of booking.

The food was very tasty and unusual, would highly recommend. The restaurant was modern and comfortable. Service was a tad slow and while not rude in any way certainly wasn't particularly friendly. Was perplexed when choosing the set menu as to why you couldn't choose a main and a dessert, you could only have that from the al a carte.

The food was truly outstanding and some of the tastiest and most enjoyable fusion cuisine I've had. Very inventive - the tahini aubergine, cod in tomato broth and the chili/lime lamb chops were superb. The service was a bit strange. The waiter handled us like we were in a theme restaurant and failed to pick up on cues that we weren't appreciating the overbearing attitude. He did recommend some of the better dishes, but he could be argumentative and when I inquired about our ordered deserts which hadn't appeared for over 20 minutes, he was flippant. My dining companion is a slow eater and doesn't like to rush so ten minutes later I told him to cancel the deserts and bring us the bill as we had an event to get to. He curtly told me I was impatient. The deserts then arrived along with the bill which omitted the deserts but added a 12.5% service charge. I decided to call it a wash as I didn't want any further interaction. A shame as I think the waiter was well intentioned, but just a little clueless when it comes to understanding how some diners want to be treated. In hindsight, he tried to persuade my companion not to order the fruit desert saying it was uninteresting. Perhaps he also knew this would be slow for the kitchen to produce. On eventual arrival, the fruit plate was beautiful and extensive and enjoyed by my slow eating, no sugar/gluten/dairy dining partner. All in all, we were both very impressed with the delicious and inventive dishes. This restaurant is definitely making an effort to stand out.

Overall had a really nice meal. We loved the interior and the ambience of the restaurant, especially with the DJ playing smooth house all night. Food was really tasty however our only criticism was that the portions are quite small. They recommend sharing 2-3 small plates between 2 of you, but we had 4 small plates and were left feeling somewhat hungry after. I would probably recommend 5 small plates between 2 people if you want to be completely satisfied. Service was great, servers were helpful and friendly. Overall I would definitely recommend, was a great choice for a special occasion.

Having been twice in as many weeks shows the quality of Bloomsbury Street Kitchen. Mediterranean/Japanese fusion is exciting and the food lives up to this hype. From sashimi to gnocchi, tempura to rigatoni, everything is very flavourful and delicious. Smiley staff makes everything better
