Pros: Service was very attentive (almost to a fault). Many employees came by to introduce themselves and offer assistance. Very personable crew. French onion soup was very good. Dessert tiramisu cake was very good. Cons: Large open venue, very noisy. Our table was near the kitchen entrance and it was nonstop waiters and staff in front of our table, sometimes as many as 6-8 people milling around front of table/booth. Used plates from tables being scraped off right in front of us. Very modern building and doesn’t have “old-school” romantic, steakhouse vibe (if that is what you like). Rib-eye steak was good but not tender at all . Dining partners filet was very good. Broccolini side dish over grilled and hard to eat. Mushroom side dish sauce was overwhelming and took away from sautéed mushroom taste. We didn’t think we were being rushed but sometimes the constant interruption by staff and clearing of items on the table became annoying. We doubt we would return here as there are many steakhouse choices in the area to choose from.

My kids were home from college so I took them out to Blu last night. We had a fantastic time and the food was fabulous. Beautiful environment and the service was impeccable. We will be back over the Christmas holidays. Keep up the great work.

Our server, David, was absolutely exceptional—attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. He ensured every detail of our meal was perfect and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The food and presentation was out of this world!Whether you’re a steak lover or just looking for a fantastic night out, Blu Steakhouse is a must-visit. Above and beyond, the staff was truly amazing making our anniversary so special. Our server Tyler was so attentive to us, making many amazing recommendations that truly ever bite tasted so good.

David our server was great and explained the menu perfectly. Julian the floor manager was great on checking on us and making sure our experience was right. Food was very delicious & the music was cool. You gotta try the truffle Mac and cheese & bone marrow. Finished the night off with a delicious marble cake to celebrate my partners birthday. I gotta say, we will definitely be back for another celebration.

Service was terrible, food was good. Took over an hour to get the food and we were strung along with the “it will just be five more minutes” excuse a few times. Ordered lobster mashed potatoes and got a loaded baked potato instead. Rather than taking it off the bill, they switched the charge to the baked potato we never ordered and never even offered to bring us the lobster mashed potato. Tomahawk steak was good but service was very subpar for this kind of restaurant.

We were quite impressed with the service. It had been some time since we had experience French brigade. Compliments to our main server Celeste and the GM Matthew. We appreciated the attention to detail. The Kagoshima beef was quite good and the halibut was cooked very well. Sides were on point and plentiful. We might very well become regulars.
