   We visited The Blue Bell for a Birthday celebration, our 2nd visit since being refurbished and change of ownership, and as usual we had a good welcome and excellent service from the staff on duty. The meals were excellent ( although my eyes are bigger than my belly when ordering the Parmo, it was very large 😀) the rest of our party enjoyed their choices too👍 Will be back soon as there is plenty more on the menu we would like to try but next time we will be continuing with a walk by the river ( weather permitting)

   The Blue bell dirty burger was delicious, daughter had thr children's burger and loved the skin on fries. Service was amazing and very friendly. Very clean and the ambience child friendly. Would definitely recommend

   We had to move table as there was a large children’s birthday meal. Kids running all over very dangerous and very off putting we couldn’t hear ourselves speak It won’t put us off coming again though but staff need to ask parents to restrain their children

   Pleasant atmosphere in a prime location by the river. Clean and fresh appeal to the venue. Extremely pleasant reception and explanation of options for a lunchtime visit. Sadly, the protracted delay in serving the ordered food cast a shadow over the experience - 40 minutes seemed excessive given the numbers present - maybe someone forgot or misplaced the order? The food was delightful when it arrived and of adequate proportions. Refreshments served in good time and were welcomed on a warm day. Overall, a nice place to visit on a sunny day, a decent choice of menus (lunch menu is recommend as serious value for money) with pleasant and well turned out staff. The refurbishment has brought a breath of fresh air to the place.

   To start with, the refurbishment of The Blue Bell is very good, the staff very friendly and helpful, seeing us to our table and taking our order when we were ready. The food was excellent, all five of our party thoroughly enjoyed what we had. We have already planned to go back very soon.

   Couldn’t fault the staff and food, The guy who served us was brilliant come over took our order for drinks and food, We didn’t even have leave our seats, He even brought us colour pencils and paper for little to draw with while she was wait for food!!! We definitely coming back again for food!!!
