Elegante

Liberty Entertainment Group's 2024 project in the iconic Union Station. Blue Bovine combines the traditional steakhouse with the traditional Japanese sushi house to fashion a distinctly modern dining experience. Combining custom elements, such as exclusively designed Canadian maple wood furniture, manufactured in Toronto with bespoke artwork, handcrafted lighting details, and a warm colour palette of deep reds, seawater blues and layers of white to reflect Toronto's four seasons. Honouring the integrity of local and natural elements, the restaurant's ethos is expressed both through the commitment to local menu ingredients on the plate and local and natural material honesty in the design.

The food at the blue bovine was delicious and the service was impeccable. Our wait staff was super friendly and a joy to have them serve us. They always arrived with smile and did friendly banter with us while we were there. They made the dinner a special occasion for my birthday dinner with my friends and I. I would definitely come back. It was that great of a place to eat at.

With the exception of our steak being a little cool, the food was amazing. Our server was fantastic., I hope to get him again. They had recommended a Canadian wine Stratus that was comparable to some of my favourite Californian wines. It was a beautiful wine.

Sushi was a big hit and highly recommended 10/10, as were the sides . Lamb racks were ordered medium rare and came out rare . This is inexcusable for a high end steak house with a high end price tag .

We arrved for happy hour. Ambiance was great. Mariam was very helpful, and appetizer food and drinks were delicious.

Service was amazing, food was some of the worst I have ever had in Toronto. I have been to Blue Bovine 5ish times before and have always been a promoter but I will never come back or recommend it after the quality experienced tonight.

It was a bit of struggle to find the restaurant as we didnt realize that the restaurant was located in Union station building. Once in, it was a pleasant experience. The staff were quite attentive. Our server Bogdan was polite and gave good recommendations. Food - well presented, good portions.

The food was very good. Desserts were huge. Waiter hmmm dare I say a little combative and dismissive. I really wanted to like this place but for the price point probably will have to pass.
