My wife and I went for Cleveland restaurant week, and had an exceptional dining experience. Our server Bob was very personable, and spaced the timing of the food quite well. While we were here we saw that Blue Canyon is having a wild game dinner. We made reservations for that, so we'll be back again next week.

We always enjoy our evenings at Blue Canyon, but this past Saturday we had the best meal we have ever had there. The steak was cooked perfectly and tasted fantastic, as did the potatoes, green beans and caesar salad. The winter cosmo was fabulous, as was the vanilla ice cream. We look forward to going to BC again soon!

Wild boar is delicious! Trout is great, also! You can’t go wrong with anything you order!

We've been many times, this was a first with some disappointment. Was for my wife's birthday. The lobster bisque tasted like tomato soup with some lobster thrown in. Server had a large party to serve, so wasn't very prompt. I didn't blame her, just mgmt. not giving enough support. The room was initially very cold by full glass windows, but upon request, they raised the heat. Most places recognize a special event, but not this time. We normally have a great time here, so hoping it was a one time issue. We'll be back, but will now, probably wait until summer.

Hubby and I made a reservation weeks in advance to celebrate his birthday. He really enjoyed his meal! Mine was also good but cold. The waiter did offer to make me a new plate but, it kinda was too late, ended uptaking most it home. We were seated near a fireplace where there were three small tables. I felt a little crowded having been seated at the middle table. Disappointed with that. They should really only place two tables .

As always everything was excellent. I’ve never had a bad experience at the Blue Canyon. Service and food were impeccable. I’m originally from New England and their spin on New England clam chowder is amazing. It has a little kick to it and just surprised me.

Food was too salty… especially clam chowder. Should offer side salad for dinner, rather than having to split a salad with dining partner.

Sea Bass special was prepared perfectly. Motif can be described as “Rustic Chic”, the perfect blend of fine dining meets high-end lodge.

Great food. Next time I will ask for a table on the other side of the restaurant. The food was delicious and service was great. I want to return- just need to find a way to quiet it down.

Nice bar area for a pre-dinner drink. Wide ranging menu, although they were out of the daily seafood special. Amy was a great server; friendly and helpful.
