                                                              Delicious dinners... every time! Popcorn shrimp appetizer, added clam chowder last visit...absolutely superb, one of the best! "Hands of Time" chardonnay excellent, salmon entree, other entrees, ample portions. (crab salad not a favorite.) Host Josh and waiter Brian professional, cordial, service prompt and welcoming. Note for locals: Generous discount, I think 15-20% off total bill!

                                                              We ate here for New Year’s Eve and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! All of the staff went above and beyond to see that we had everything we needed. The food was absolutely amazing! My husband raved about the clam chowder and we split the fish and chips and lobster ravioli which were both incredible! I highly recommend the Blue Mermaid for anyone in the San Francisco area!!

                                                              We had reservations for 8. We were seated by the host. We sat and waited for service and had several servers walk by and avoid eye contact. No one came to our table. After 15 minutes we got up and walked out. We went to Bueno Vista around the corner and had a great experience.

                                                              Food was excellent. We had oysters, popcorn shrimp, garlic bread, fish/chips, burger. Service was very good but the place was a little loud. Overall great food and it was open on Christmas Day! Yay!

The service was impeccable, with attentive and friendly staff who made the evening special. The ambiance was warm and festive, providing the perfect setting for the holiday. The meal itself was outstanding, featuring delicious dishes that exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend the Blue Mermaid for any occasion and look forward to returning soon.
