Blue Sushi has been my favorite place to get sushi. The Cowgirl and Prince Roll are my staples plus the Spicy Charred Edamame. Never ever had a bad meal here, and their cocktails are pretty tasty too. Lila is the sweetest server who waited on us after the wine festival and now everytime we come we ask to see if she is working. I wish she could sit down and eat with us, her energy and humor just makes our night! Been three times in one week and could never be sick of the sushi! So delicious

We had Mason as our server and he was amazing! We told him what we liked and he gave us suggestions. The rolls we had were on point! Everything was delicious! Mason was very attentive, checking in on us often. He was also very knowledgeable with the menu! We’ll definitely be back and we hope Mason can be our server again!

One of my fav restaurants ever. Foods fantastic. Music started a little loud then died down after a little bit. It was busy but we still got and ate our sushi and apps in under an hour!

After being seated, we waited at least 10 minutes with no server approaching our table (though tables seated after us were waited on). I had to go to the host station to ask who our server was. I also don't feel like an appetizer (edamame) should be served with the sushi. Would have liked to have had that while we were waiting for our meal (which was very good). And not that the restaurant could do anything about it, but there was a little girl who kept screaming which was shrill and annoying.

Sunday we met with some old friends to catch up and though very busy, our server did great to manage us and our check/requests. She was very accommodating and had great support. Server was Paige and support were a few additional hands, one being Kelsey, both were attentive and made sure our food arrived! Great experience can’t wait to come back!
