                                                                                  We went on Valentine’s Day and didn’t have the best experience. We spoke to the manager to address our concerns and we got invited to return. We gave it another try and went back to dinner tonight. The managers Jeff, David and our server Oz were amazing. We had such a great time! The food, the drinks, the service, everything was great! Definitely a much better experience. Thank you for the great service tonight! We really appreciate it.

                                                                                  Had an 8pm reservation arrived at 7:45pm and wasn’t seated until 8:20pm. Hostess set the tune for the evening. Two of the hostess ladies were rude and unaccommodating. Asked for a manager and the hostess were still snide. The manager tried to make up for the inconvenience but as I stated the tone due to the hostesses’ attitude was already. Food was delicious and Forrest our server was great but I would never patronize the Manhattan Beach location ever again.

                                                                                  Overall an excellent experience. Our steaks were cooked to perfection, the vibes were right, and the bartenders at the bar were awesome. Just always a nice chill time.

                                                                                  BOA has a sign at their entrance that stipulates there’s a dress code. Nonetheless there were plenty of folks with hoodies there. It also happened to Flemings, the level of the clientele has gone down drastically since my last visit. Won’t be going back.

                                                                                  I am a purist when it comes to food and the dishes at BOA have too many things combined together. The Hamachi crudo had around 5 different other ingredients on top of the fish, I couldn't really taste the fish.
