                                                          Went here for Valentines day dinner with my girlfriend, couldn't of asked for a better experience. Lovely views, fantastic food with good portion size, I recommend the stuffed salmon and the abrie chicken. Great service, one of the best fine dining restaurants In Duluth.

                                                          Would recommend that on the restaurant's website that individuals with physical disabilities be encouraged to use the entrance through the lobby of the Fitgers Hotel and take the elevator down to the dining area. It is a long way to walk through the lower level of the ramp all the way through the mall (with sloping ramps). As a result, we were 15 minutes late for our a reservation and were chided for that by the person that greeted us at the door. As a fine dining facility it would be nice if the Boat Club had an arrangement with the Fitger's valet service to provide parking as well (a fee certainly could be charged but it would be appreciated).

And, the food… Imported seafood Bland potatoes with mustard sauce underneath Over cooked lobster Crunchy popover with overcooked ends Wilted lettuce Not the best food, I would expect better for $100 dinner for 1.

                                                          It was a perfect meal. As always, the view of Lake Superior was lovely. My friend and I both selected the special (Beef Stroganoff) which was delicious--just perfect for a January day in Duluth. It was served with a side salad that full of greens and veggies, with dressing on the side. Our server asked whether we were celebrating something special. I said I was taking my friend out for lunch for her birthday. Before bringing the bill, our server brought out a dessert with two little cakes and ice cream. She was a great server. Perfect birthday lunch.

                                                          The setting is intimate and classy ! Smartly decorated .. service was quick and professional . Our server “Ben” was very good and attentive. We had the Walleye and grilled Tuna. Done to perfection and plated nicely . Overall a great first experience!
