To clarify, the noise level was normal. We were celebrating two friends' birthdays and it was a great place to have a small gathering. If anything, we were the noise, lol. We reserved a table for 6, sat in the left corner by the by the window. We were able to utilize the part of the table next to us, 8 people came. Our server made our party fun and relaxed. Wish I could recall her name, she was on point and this makes or breaks an event for me. The food was so very tasty, brunch food mainly, served us well with our bloody marys and marias. I'm funny about sausage at places but theirs was similar to what I like only much better. Bacon, potatoes both kinds, donuts and "breakfast shot" all hit the spot for me! Can't wait to go back!

Saturday Brunch! Who would have thought… food and service were great. Missing a few beers on the menu but not a huge issue. Recommend to make a reservation if you have 4+ to ensure you have a spot.

Bodega was severely understaffed. Sunday Brunch was packed and there was only ONE server taking care of the entire restaurant. She was trying her best and incredibly pleasant. They were so out of most of their brunch drink options and many brunch menu items, forcing us to buy more expensive drinks than we were wanting. Not a manager in sight. I’m not sure if someone called out or if they just planned the staffing that poorly, but they really need to figure this out. Not sure I’ll give them a second shot.

Went for restaurant week and meal sizes were very small. Food was very average for the price tag. Love Bodega for the drinks vibe and will still come here at night but maybe not for the food.

Brunch on a Saturday. Had just about nothing on tap that their menu said they’d have. Our waitress was a saint. Kept running back and forth to the bar asking about draft availability, substitutions, and bringing samples. Food was average. Lots of options on High St / in the Short North. Wouldn’t go back.
