                                                                                  They were able to seat us right away even though we were 30 minutes ahead of our reservation. Our server was fantastic, the food was good, although they were out of several dishes that we were looking forward to, we still enjoyed what we ordered. The holiday decorations were fun. The Grinch danced up and down the restaurant delighting the crowd.

                                                                                  We were excited to visit and try out the Grinch menu. They were out of both food items in the menu. We attempted to order if the brunch menu and they were out of three of those items. We ended up modifying the menu items they did have to create two meals. The third meal we were able to find off the menu (a third choice item and more expensive than the two previous items we ordered). We ordered drinks and one of the drinks had soap in the glass. When we asked for our check, it was also messed up. We were party of 8 with two separate checks. One check had almost all the items on it. Most of our party left due to how long it took. Very disappointed and ended up hitting a fast food restaurant on the way home.

                                                                                  Food service was really bad. Had to ask the server to fill our water multiple times and it seemed like at one point she almost forgot about us. Had to tell her we were ready to order. I know she was busy but not the greatest experience. Also, it's hella loud in this restaurant. Consider getting some sound tech in there to install better noise cancelling materials so I don't have to yell at my friend from across the table.

                                                                                  The restaurant itself was a very fun experience. They ran out of the appetizer we ordered which was the Brussels sprouts, and the one that was suggested, the green beans were very greasy. Tasted like fair food. Our food came out before our cocktails that were ordered as we were seated. Not so much for a date night, rather a group dinner atmosphere for sure.
