Spur of the moment decision to pop in for lunch at Bolney’s restaurant upstairs. Staff are very friendly and quickly got us set up with glasses of the house BdB. Soup of the day came with proper bread and local butter; the crab salad with pickled radishes was fresh and tasty. Main courses sound less interesting than the starters, but the burger and the cod and chips were well executed. We each finished with an affogato that provided a good strong jolt to get us back on our feet. It’s not particularly cheap but we both staggered out stuffed and happy

The lunch experience could not have been much better. The service was attentive even though the staff were very busy. Food was good, although the ‘crackling’ with the Sunday roast pork was a bit alien.

Amazing all around but were a little shocked to find that the £41 bottle of Bolney Bubbly we had with dinner was only £27 in the shop. A huge markup for a bottle of wine made and sold at the same place!

Always amazing, never had a poor experience at Bolney Wine Estate. Love it there. People are wonderful.

A great choice to experience some excellent food in nice surroundings with nice wine. Shame the dinner option for their restaurant is currently limited to Friday only. Staff friendly and the chef his team delivers top quality food

The staff are friendly but the service was very slow. The food could only be described as average and some dishes were cold before reaching the table. The wine is good but like everything else overpriced. The experience does not justify a 12.5% sevice charge. The event can only be described as a disappointment which is a shame because the facilities are good with huge potential.

A fabulous meal for 4, we thoroughly enjoyed the pork belly and the plaice. A great starter of mackerel. All beautifully presented and delicious.
