   Noise level was great with patrons enjoying their experience. Food and service great as ever. Being a party of one they tried to seat me in the vestibule where patrons gather before being seated in the restaurant area. It is/was not good enough being seated in and amongst the passing foot traffic with the front door opening all the time. It would have been a very poor eating experience except I insisted on being seated in the actual restaurant. If they have a policy that all single diners eat there I can make a choice to go elsewhere. But as it is, I expect to eat in the restaurant proper as I am paying for the same ambience and comfort as everyone else. The management should rethink this issue.

   This was truly great Indian food. If you are in the area this is a must visit. The menu is somewhat smaller than other places but this seems to allow them to focus on the quality of each dish. I had the Green Chili Chicken and had them make it extra spicy. My only complaint is it could have been spicier. Amazing experience all around though. We will come back if we are ever in DC.

   Great place! Great Service! All the recommendations from out waiter were spot on! The crispy kale, the chicken tandoori, the lentils with nan bread and the desert martinis al amazing! Pista martini!! , We will definitely come back!

   This was the best meal we had in DC. Really excellent food, polite staff, and elegant setting. Highly recommended!

   Dishes are exceptional carefully prepared very fresh, ambiance is lively but not loud with piano in the background, service is attentive without being pretentious. The North Indian dessert I tired for the first time finished the meal with such joy. It is a proper night out and we had a very nice time.

   The Bombay Club is a wonderful experience! Visiting there is a perfect way to spend an evening - the atmosphere, the delicious creative food, the ambiance - all contribute to a special evening. We have visited a number of times and each time makes us want to return again. You absolutely can’t go wrong dining here.
