The dead come to life at Borracha. With decorative and festival skulls watching over guests, Borracha, located in Green Valley Ranch, is as dangerous as you want it to be. With a nod toward the famed Day of the Dead, the Borracha offers Mexican-inspired dishes and features a drink menu with an abundance of cervezas, tequila and specialty cocktails to take the edge off. The menu is as seductive as the surroundings, featuring sharable plates, inventive burritos and entrees that would make any skeleton want come back to life. Made-from-scratch tortillas and addictive tacos featuring rotisserie chicken, slow-cooked short ribs and fresh Baja fish gives your palate and explosion of flavor. A hand-painted floor and wraparound mural brings life to the intimate lounge and brings a festive vibe to the celebratory space.

I went to Borracha for Taco Tuesday. My kids and I really had a fantastic time. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. We will definitely be back. Keep the margaritas and tacos coming! OUTSTANDING!!!!

Service was very good, as usual, albeit a bit too fast with bringing the food out. We were disappointed with the chips and salsa. The chips were mere pieces with few intact chips and the salsa was good, but not nearly as good the salsa served there for as long as I can remember. Why Borracha changed their salsa is beyond me. Please bring back to other salsa!

Enjoyed the mahi-mahi fajitas. Thought it was quite odd that a dinner plate didn’t accompany there fajita platter, as the small plate provided at sit down wasn’t large enough to place the fajitas, rice and refried beans on?? Also, waited quite awhile to get the server to provide an additional taco shell?
