The dead come to life at Borracha. With decorative and festival skulls watching over guests, Borracha, located in Green Valley Ranch, is as dangerous as you want it to be. With a nod toward the famed Day of the Dead, the Borracha offers Mexican-inspired dishes and features a drink menu with an abundance of cervezas, tequila and specialty cocktails to take the edge off. The menu is as seductive as the surroundings, featuring sharable plates, inventive burritos and entrees that would make any skeleton want come back to life. Made-from-scratch tortillas and addictive tacos featuring rotisserie chicken, slow-cooked short ribs and fresh Baja fish gives your palate and explosion of flavor. A hand-painted floor and wraparound mural brings life to the intimate lounge and brings a festive vibe to the celebratory space.

The food was terrible. Two of us sent back our meals for being too spicy. Coming here for 9 years and was never unhappy

Happy Hour drinks were good. So was the chips and salsa. We had happy hour rolled tacos. They were ok. I ordered carnitas and hubby ordered chile relleno. My came w rice and his rice and beans. Carnitas has no taste and relleno was different. The rice was tasteless and hard I would only go back for happy hour drinks chips and salsa.

Our experience yesterday evening was outstanding, starting with the courteous and friendly hostess to the prompt service with water and chips/salsa, followed by our server (with the best smile ever) timing our drinks, appetizer, and dinner just perfectly! Chef is on top of his game keeping each and every dish excellently prepared and with some healthy and creative tweaks. Kudos to this Borracha team and management for keeping this restaurant A++++!!

Excellent food and drinks. We’ve been going there for years, but tonight was exceptionally amazing. The steak and chicken fajitas were the best they’ve ever been and probably better than any we’ve had in Vegas.

The service and staff was great. The quality and taste of the food was not good. I don’t mind the higher prices, But don’t drop the quality

We had great Cadillac margaritas, delicious chips and salsa, really good shrimp tacos and my favorite Swordfish veracuz. Always wonderful with great food and friendly staff.

Love this place! The carnitas plate is amazing. The house margaritas are good too. We also shared a couple happy hour items that we really liked - carne asada sliders (just two small sliders, but so tasty!) and the mini Caesar salad was nice. The chicken tortilla soup was just okay, not their best work. Thank you Borracha for a great date night!

Such a treat to eat at this restaurant. The food is delicious. From the chips and salsa, to the rice and beans. I ordered the mahi mahi tacos. Best I’ve ever had. Had them grilled. So good. Meaty, flakey, and tender. And the amount of food you get is plenty. The service was exceptional. Will be going back.
