The dead come to life at Borracha. With decorative and festival skulls watching over guests, Borracha, located in Green Valley Ranch, is as dangerous as you want it to be. With a nod toward the famed Day of the Dead, the Borracha offers Mexican-inspired dishes and features a drink menu with an abundance of cervezas, tequila and specialty cocktails to take the edge off. The menu is as seductive as the surroundings, featuring sharable plates, inventive burritos and entrees that would make any skeleton want come back to life. Made-from-scratch tortillas and addictive tacos featuring rotisserie chicken, slow-cooked short ribs and fresh Baja fish gives your palate and explosion of flavor. A hand-painted floor and wraparound mural brings life to the intimate lounge and brings a festive vibe to the celebratory space.

We had a dinning experience last Friday that was just average. I am not one to complain or write reviews. However, I wrote a basic fair review for our dinning on Friday. With in minutes the Assistant General Manager, Dominic text me then called me to discuss all the issues. Professionally I am on the commercial construction, casino, hospitality business side. I don’t think I have ever met a more professional and friendly person willing to do what ever it takes to make our next dinning experience much better. It just so happen we had a reservation set for Sunday as well. With in minutes, David the General Manager stopped by our table to also tell me that he was sorry for the below average experience and to thanks us for coming back. I feel we must have caught everyone on a “off” night Friday. Our second visit was a solid 10. Our food was excellent, service from our server Hans was outstanding. The management and staff truly care which is very, very rare to find these days. David offer to comp our entire dinner but so would not allow him! He did comp our drinks and desert. Thank you! David and Dominic thank you again and I am sure we will be dinning with you on a regular basis. Thanks Tracy

Waited 15 to get menus after then had to go to hostess n asked where our waiter was. Finally he came was annoyed,he had a big table of all men that he catered to none stop. Finally he took our order. After order took another 20 minutes to get our order. He never stopped by n ask if things were ok n if we needed anything. Still treating the men’s table non stop. We’ve been here numerous times. This by far the as the worst, most disgusting experience ever. We will not GO BACK. I WOULD THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING HERE!!!

We have been coming to Borracha for a while now. But every time they seem to be rushing us out because half way through our appetizer they are bringing our main course. When I ask them to bring it back it always comes back over cooked and luke warm. We like to food here but they seem to always rush us out.

We’ve been here several times with 2 of our friends and have always loved it! So my husband and I decided to have our family meet here (party of 8). The music was so incredibly loud that we couldn’t hear each other talk! The food and service were really good, but very unhappy with the noise level. Will definitely only have dinner here with a couple of people, but never again with a party bigger than 4.

Fantastic happy hour! We got taquitos and tacos and margaritas before jumping on the RTC VGK bus. Way better than eating at T-Mobile Arena.
