Bosphorous Turkish Cuisine is a family owned business, established in 2005, that offers variety of authentic Turkish food from many regions of Turkey. Bosphorous Turkish Cuisine adapted its name from one of the oldest cities in the world, Istanbul, which was once known as the Constantinople in the early 13th century. The name “Bosphorous” taken from the strait that lies in the center of Istanbul connecting the Black Sea and the Sea of Marmara, Europe to Asia. The decor of this eatery is kept to minimum to draw the attention to the food. The intent was to create a modernized, warm authentic atmosphere by taking the old elements of Istanbul and combining it with some modern influences to create a truly unique experience.

                                                                                                          Great food and ambience. Service at the host stand awful. Beware, when making reservations, they don’t honor special requests to eat al fresco. Only inside dining. This is misleading as they standby everyone to eat outside. I find this misleading. Unal and dilton were nice. The hostesses was underwhelming. The food is the main driver that motivates us to return. This is debatable given all the new offerings in winter park, college park and mill 50 districts. Bosphours, please get your act together. Ruben

                                                                                                          The restaurant was bustling and the service was still great and with a smile. Food was very good. We split 2 dips, lavash, a salad, and chicken kebab and left happy and full.

                                                                                                          Dont bother making reservations…. We had 6:30 pm was not seated until 7:15 pm. And the manager who was at front desk was rude and nasty. So many other good places on Park Ave. winter park. Stay clear of here and dont make reservations if you do decide to go and be ready for a rude nasty manager

                                                                                                          Our server, Savannah, was the ideal that every restaurant should want, and every customer should have. Her knowledge of the food and drink choices were spot on. She was extremely friendly and professional. Our meals were fresh and delicious. We have never dined at an authentic Turkish restaurant, but after eating here we were ready to jump on a plane and go. The seating hostess, the dining room manager and the GM all made the entire experience memorable.

We sat in the bar area for a more intimate and quiet table and were treated like we were the only people in the restaurant by Kevin, the bartender/our server. Hang on to this young man, he is a great asset to your restaurant.

Very kind and knowledgeable about food and wine. I took my wife, my son, my brother and my nephew at the winter park location. My brother and nephew was there 1st time experience and they will definitely go back.
