Bosscat Kitchen & Libations perfectly meshes upscale and casual dining with an expansive whiskey selection and unique offering of American comfort food. It offers high energy, open spaced concepts to promote a lively dining experience. With the rustic industrial aesthetic, brick metal and barrels are prevalent in the space. One of its best attractions is the famous whiskey room, that houses hundreds of whiskies from several countries. From high end whiskies like Pappy Van Winkle, to a shot of Jameson & Coors Light, there is something here for everyone's taste; and Bosscat prides itself on being this type of environment. New flavors and recipes are often brought into the kitchen. All cooks on staff are encouraged to brainstorm and eat with the executive chef, Peter Petro. This collaborative process is the foundation of their culinary art. Encouraging and fostering new ideas with seasonal produce, meats and spices fosters the fun and unique dining experience they so strongly emulate.

This was our first time to Bosscat Kitchen in The Woodlands and we will definitely go back! We went before a concert at the Pavilion and it was a perfect way to kick off a fun evening. Great vibe, great food and great experience! Our server was very attentive and offered suggestions when we were indecisive about their amazing menu. Can't wait to go back and try more!

Food was decent. Our only real issue was our waitress. We felt rushed the whole time and she even asked us how we wanted to split the bill 10 minutes after we got our food, I told her I didn’t think we were ready to check out yet. Then she came up and was like “i have to leave if you want to stay and drink you can but you have to with another server”. I understand shift change but just give us to another server instead of rushing us the whole time. It totally ruined the brunch for us.

My steak tasted awful, but they changed it and my second plate tasted a lot better. The service was okay. The server didn’t come often and wasn’t friendly, but she also wasn’t rude or anything. The location was pretty and it wasn’t too loud.

Did not realize it was a concert night, but we had checked in 20 min before our reservation time and went to the bar to wait and have a cocktail. Bartenders were extremely busy but took forever for them to return to get our drink order once we got a drink menu. By the time we ordered our drinks our table was ready, and sat down right at our 7 pm time. Our server was Kat, snd she was very nice and great personality, paid enough attention to us even with it being busy. We ordered the Brussels for an app and they were delicious and came out fast. For dinner we had the coastal white fish and I believe it was a ribeye steak my date had. Both were full of flavor and came out nice and hot! Thanks for a great date night even when being super busy! Only slight complaint was the bar service but could tell they were busy. Maybe need another bartender on. Will return thanks!

Drinks were fantastic and the tuna wraps are yummy. My hubby got a steak he really enjoyed and I got fish that was very good. Excellent meal with great prices! We will definitely be back. We dine out often and will be adding this restaurant to one of our regulars. Lovely atmosphere and the waitstaff seems to work nicely together as a team.

First time but certainly not the last time. The best most tender short ribs ever. Great Brussels sprouts. The drinks were on point and my waiter, Alex was awesome!

Overall very good meal and price on par with the surrounding area. Our only minor issue was the ice cream on the apple pie was very hard and the pie wasn’t hot enough to melt it faster. Otherwise great!
