Bosscat Kitchen & Libations perfectly meshes upscale and casual dining with an expansive whiskey selection and unique offering of American comfort food. It offers high energy, open spaced concepts to promote a lively dining experience. With the rustic industrial aesthetic, brick metal and barrels are prevalent in the space. One of its best attractions is the famous whiskey room, that houses hundreds of whiskies from several countries. From high end whiskies like Pappy Van Winkle, to a shot of Jameson & Coors Light, there is something here for everyone's taste; and Bosscat prides itself on being this type of environment. New flavors and recipes are often brought into the kitchen. All cooks on staff are encouraged to brainstorm and eat with the executive chef, Peter Petro. This collaborative process is the foundation of their culinary art. Encouraging and fostering new ideas with seasonal produce, meats and spices fosters the fun and unique dining experience they so strongly emulate.

For the first time in our lives, we didn’t cook Thanksgiving at home, rather, after research, we decided to go to Bosscat and honestly, it was sooooooo delicious; we even took home leftovers! The service was excellent too. The only thing that was a surprise is the place sort of has a roadhouse feel (with high ceilings) so it is lively. That said, we were able to enjoy our meal AND have conversation without shouting. Thank you BC for a delicious and Happy Day of Thanks-Giving.

Full Thanksgiving dinner included yummy side dishes. Great value for the price and a friendly attentive server!

Table was ready when when got there. Surprisedly not booked-out. So we received a 4 seater for 2 people. Thank goodness because the Thanksgiving prix-fix menu was insane and took up the entire table. Besides turkey, ham plus you could add prime rib for $10.00. Mashed potatoes green beans casserole yams mac and cheese all of the traditional Thanksgiving meal. Huge to go boxes which were definitely needed. Wish I could remember our waiter name whom was an absolute pleasure. Hate to say it but one of the best Thanksgiving meals ever. Sorry mom.

Definitely not family friendly. No kids menu, pretty sure someone was smoking a cigar in there. Service was meh. Food was good. Our reservation table was bland and we were denied a booth.

Waitress Nicole was very good. We were the first of the morning to be sat so ordering and food delivery was quick. The only reason I didn't give 5star for food was we both asked for eggs over EASY and they came Medium. We could've returned them but we didn't. It was still good.

We celebrated our football season at Bosscat. This was the perfect place to take our coaches out to dinner. Great food and drinks and the service was awesome.

Fantastic service, food and atmosphere. We celebrated my daughter’s recent passing of the California Bar Exam( the most difficult in the US) and had a great time, Bosscat Kitchen & Libations staff even congratulated her. We will be back.

Our server was friendly and did a wonderful job. We had the braised short rib and shrimp & grits and it was delicious! I’d definitely go back!

We had a great experience. Staff was wonderful- friendly, polite, accommodating. Food was amazing…pork candy is to die for.

Great food, service, and ambience. Attended with a group of business associates. The front private whiskey room is perfect for 8-12 guests in a casual setting. We traveled from the Anaheim convention center about 5 miles in a cab and it was worth the trip.
