You’d think with a name like Boston Pizza, our story would begin south of the border. Not so, we’re 100% Canadian. And have been since we opened our doors in Edmonton, Alberta in 1964. We’re Canadian owned (Hi Jim!), we make our meals with Canadian sourced ingredients, and serve over 50 million Canadians a year. Frozen beer lines, ordered a app and food never got app order misplaced one meal pasta wasn’t cook enough and draft beer I finally got was half flat grandson ordered kids wings for bigger eat got 4 wings kids ice cream cups half full. Meal couldn’t end fast enough last time I go there had great meal there in December and this one was a complete disaster not worth the money could’ve went to McDonald’s and had better

Made a reservation for Valentines Day. Got a message the day of from BP saying they were canceling it, walk ins only. Sorry for your luck.

Service was amazing-very attentive, courteous and helpful. The baked wings though were not up to Boston Pizza’s usual quality and were dry and chewy

Restaurant was busy but no line up. There was a gift card promotion that we asked about but no one seemed to know enough about it to confirm the dates it could be used. We had a reservation so were seated right away, but had to flag someone down after almost 10 minutes for service. Food was decent but one member of our party was very ill shortly after. Can't say for sure it was the food but can't rule it out either.
