Freshness is tantamount at Bottiglia, from the luscious herb-friendly cuisine to the breathtaking ambiance. Located in the stunning Green Valley Ranch, Bottiglia is an ageless restaurant that offers sophisticated rustic Italian fare, cuisine that is approachable, friendly and savory, as well as a wine list that is robust and unique, giving guests and array of choices of vino from Napa, Sonoma, Italy, France and all around the world. The effervescence of Bottiglia carries over from the bright and lively surroundings, which is appointed with floral prints and decorative touches, to the menu, which is bountiful with antipastas, salads, fresh fish and the housemade pappardelle bolognese.     We chose from the "date night" menu. It was plenty of food, and even took the desert home. We took advantage of the half priced bottle of wine. I wish I could go back , but I do not live in Nevada.

    It was a busy Sunday night. Our server, Michele, was very attentive and thoughtful, though she was very busy, and therefore the pacing of the meal was a bit slow. Tagliatelle with mushroom , truffle was good, but sauces was a little thicker than I like, and it needed just a little salt. Salmon was excellent, and came with a bounty of broccolini and squash, arugula salad on top. The place is consistently a good bet for a meal, or happy hour snacks.

    Friends from the Bay Area paid uis a visit, and Bottiglia was a perfect place to meet and have Sunday brunch. Amber was the perfect server with suggestions and knowledge of the menu. Our meals were served quckly and were spot on. Only complaint was the noise level

    Have been many times and always a solid 7. I wish they brought back their fried mozzarella, it was amazing!

    Lovely restaurant and the service was excellent. Unfortunately, the food was less than we had hoped. What we liked: Caesar salad, truffle mac, filet mignon (they like it rare so order appropriately). The wine list was not as current with years etc and not as vast as would be expected in this type of restaurant. The restaurant is in a casino so you will get a side of cigarette smoke with your meal.

    I have been to a lot of Italian restaurants in California and now Las Vegas where I live...This restaurant far exceeds everything I have ever seen. A beautiful and elegant atmosphere with the design and furnishings, the music at a moderate level, staff that is so attentive, I don't believe I've ever received service as efficient as we did. True professional servers. The food was excellent. Four different meals ordered at my table and not one complaint. If you are looking to just grab a meal at the casino that you're playing in, or looking to bring a group of people for the fancy meal, in an excellent setting...go here. Simple!
