I am a regular at The Capital Grille, and its food and service are consistently above standard. However, because my friend lives in Suwanee and saw good reviews, we decided to give bottle n bones a try. Unfortunately, the beef was too dry and not tasty. On the bright side, the desserts were quite good. The service, however, was average—just okay. I even finished my water, and no one came to refill it.

We are typically thrilled with restaurant that we find via OpenTable. Bottles & Bones was an exception to that rule. The less-than-optimal experience started upon arrival. Our table for 3 at 7:00 PM wasn't ready when we arrived on time, so we were sent to the bar. At 7:20, we were retrieved and shown a table. It wasn't until 7:35 that the waitress arrived to take our drink order. My wife, son, and I ordered various cuts of steak. Delicious warm fresh bread (at an additional charge) sustained us until our meals arrived at 8:15. For the most part, the steaks and sides arrived as ordered. Unfortunately, they were not hot upon arrival, and the whipped potatoes were flavorless. The green beans were the highlight of the meal. In my opinion, the meal was simply overpriced, and the service was lackluster at best. I will also note that the restaurant did prepare a nice "Happy Birthday" dessert for my wife, but we would have preferred hot food and quicker service.

This restaurant never disappoints. Steak, burgers they have it all. Becky did a great job as she always does as our server. It has been 3-4 months since we have been in and remembered us from previous visits.

We have been here before and the experience wan one of the best we have ever had. So we bring our best friends here for there Anniversary. The Oyster Rockefeller was not that great and it was like veleta on top and those are my favorite but couldn't eat them. My buddys steak came out at the wrong temperature. The service was awesome it just was not what we are normally used to having at this fine restaurant.
