Boulevard Brasserie is one of Covent Garden’s most iconic restaurants fixtures. Serving heart-warming French classics since 1991, this grande dame of brasseries is the perfect place to soak up Covent Garden's unique cultural heritage. Set over three intimate floors with views of the Royal Opera House and décor reminiscent of 1920’s art nouveau Europe, Boulevard Brasserie echoes a true sense of Parisian style in London’s own Theatreland. The restaurant and café offers a selection of carefully curated menus founded on seasonality, freshness and flavour. Guests can choose from our popular Lunch and Pre-Theatre Menu, Light Lunches, Dinner Menu all serving Parisian classics such as French Onion Soup, Moules Marinière & frites, Croque Monsieur, Coq au vin, Crème Brûlée and our much-loved Traditional Afternoon Tea Menu.

    The restaurant did agree to seat us an hour earlier than we had booked. However, we found the restaurant was full, almost to capacity. And very noisy. It is Christmas, and I appreciate this. However, 15 mins to get a drinks order. The starters came in reasonable time, but the rest of the service was very slow. As per everywhere this time of year in London. The food was very good though, so a mixed bag of scores. The price was very good value for money, So, all in all, I would visit again, but perhaps at a less busy time, so we can experience the restaurant to it's potential.

    Really enjoyed our meal. The ambience and value was excellent! If I was being really picky, the chicken was slightly overdone but so difficult to cook breast just right, however extremely tasty. Would recommend

    Food and service were very good - steak frites -always a good choice! Like a lot of London restaurants the tables are very close but why put new customers next to each other when plenty of empty tables elsewhere? Otherwise enjoyable!

    Lovely French restaurant and delicious food. Beef bourguignon and Chicken Liver Parfait wee both particularly good. Great friendly efficient service

    I had the moule mariniere but the mussels were so heavily overcooked that the mussels were shrivelled up and very small. I also had a big lump of what tasted like dried gravy granules in the bottom of the pot which presumably was used to make the sauce by adding hot water. I had previously enjoyed this restaurant but unfortunately I will not be going back again.

    Excellent as usual. It is a relatively small restaurant and we were seated on the ground floor (the lower floor is better) and it was very busy. This meant that customers were queueing next to the table while we were eating. However the food from the fixed price menu was excellent.
