MAX 12 guests: The wine vault is a semi private space near the main dining room that seats up to 12 guests. There is a minimum food and beverage spend of $2,200 regardless of the number of guests. There are ADDITIONAL fees of 8.63% tax, 6% SF Mandates and a 23% service charge. These fees are non-negotiable. The menu offered is the same as the dining room (a multi-selection prix fixe menu). Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance will be charged $750. Corkage is $50 per bottle for the first two, then $75 per bottle after. Please note the room is actively used as a wine cellar during service. There is no additional space for a reception.

Food quality went down from what I remember couple years ago, lost the wow factors. Service is still very good, decor is nice also.

Took my Mom here for her 77th birthday. We both used to frequent this restaurant decades an ago during its heyday at the previous location. It has beautiful ambience, an insane menu, and the perfect service team from first touch at the door. My Mom remarked how “perfect” an experience it was and we can’t wait to return for “fancy dinner night” soon. Thanks to everyone who helped create a wonderful celebration.

Service was great. Our waitress, Gina, was outstanding, as she has always been. She is a big reason we love coming to Boulevard.

We have been frequenting Boulevard off and on over the last 30 years. We used to live in SF and currently have been residing in Hawaii for the last 24 years. We don’t make it to SF that often but when we do Boulevard is a MUST! Not being frivolous it is in my top 5 restaurants I have eaten at worldwide, and I’m a foodie! I look forward to make any excuse to get back to SF just so we can dress up and have an amazing evening at Boulevard. Far from never disappointing it always is out of this world!

My go to place in SFO…not thrilled about the e move to fixed price but has not deterred me. Clearly a culinary experience with such a variety of tastes. Our waitress was a very special person…great recommendations and personality without any schtick…don’t get out here that often but always my grand finale!!
