We decided to go to a steakhouse in Peoria due to logistics. Not a good decision, if you want a great steakhouse go to Scottsdale. This place charges Scottsdale prices but provides sub par experience. Three of the seven steaks ordered were either overdone or not prepared as requested.

Arrived around 8pm. Was told there would be a 55 min wait when there were reservations available on open table for the time we were there. They should close out the reservation times on open table if they cant accommodate them. When we were seated we were advised of the specials for the evening. Later when we ordered, I ordered the Ahi and was advised they ran out an hour ago. Would appreciate that info to be given up front. Sat with drinks empty a couple times and our knives were taken when we still had bread on the table so had to wait to ask for a knife for the butter. These are small things and can be easily overlooked if you’re not spending $200 on dinner for two people with no cocktails or sides. Their food has always been amazing when we go and service is usually as well. We sat at a table in the back which was very noisy. I think this may be an off night for them, but for the prices it should be 100% on.

We both enjoy the food the ambience, the service and everything about Bourbon and Bones. From the time we walked in and saw the faces of two beautiful girls welcoming us to the restaurant. We were immediately seated, and as we walked in, we noticed the beautiful layout, ambience and cleanliness of the establishment. This was a birthday gift for my boyfriend. We were immediately given attention bythe bus service staff and was provided water and menus, and they were very welcoming. Eileen, our waitress was way above average. She was professional , helpful, friendly, and totally knowledgeable of the menu. She answered all our questions and was never bothered by anything we had asked she had a wonderful smile and excellent disposition. Throughout the entire meal, she was always happy and friendly, not only with us, but with other customers. We were also serviced by one of her coworkers named , Hilea.. she was also professional, pleasant and provided us with our needs, and that were necessary, such as clearing off our tables making room for us for the next course and so on…. She always had a smile on her face. I didn’t get the name of the gentlemen who Flambé my boyfriend’s Tomahawk steak. He was friendly and always had a smile on face and enjoyed his work and he was always pleasant with us and other customers who wanted the same thing. Your entire staff go out of their way to help you. Now the food is Exceptional both of our meals the petite steak and Tomahawk and the sides were above and beyond phenomenal. My boyfriend said he felt like a caveman that died and went to heaven as he ate the steak… The desserts were outstanding I can’t say anything more. We will certainly be back and we enjoyed it very much. If you wanna be knocked out of your socks with service and quality of the food, go to Bourbon and Bones.

What a memorable fantastic dinner! Food was beyond excellent and the service was absolutely impeccable! Highly recommend!
