Brasilia Churrasco Steakhouse is the premier Brazilian Steakhouse located in downtown Asheville. Our unique all-you-can-eat “Churrascaria” experience features a 30-item salad bar with hot dishes and a “parade” of different types of meats, including traditional Brazilian cuts, slides at your table by our team of Gauchos. Our menu also includes a wide selection of wines from Argentina, Chile, California, and our famous Caipirinha Cart to complement your meal.

Join us for dinner 7 days a week and lunch on Saturday and Sunday. We can’t wait to have you join us for a truly authentic Brazilian dining experience at Brasilia Churrasco Steakhouse.

    My only negative was that the men’s room floor was very slippery. The floor outside the restrooms was also slippery. We had someone on a walker and we were a little worried about his safety. My mistake for not bringing it to anyone’s attention.

    The salad bar was really not a salad bar. It was more of a vegetable type sides bar and the asparagus, and the green beans were not even cooked the only thing that I cooked for the meat

    First time here. Reviews looked good. Service was okay, but their meats were very bland. Lamb was probably the best thing on their meat menu. Ceasar salad was really good and so were the mashed potatoes.

    Excellent food and environment. Our waiter was not the most attentive but everyone else did a fantastic job. Was a date night for me and my wife. We'll certainly be returning there again.

    I would say 98% of the meats offered were cooked and seasoned to perfection. One pork skewer was dry and one beef was well done, everything else was great. No opinion on the salad bar as I barely ate anything off it. The wait staff was friendly and on their top game! I only wished they had taken pity on us early arrivers and opened their doors to us as it was cold and raining outside! This was my 3rd visit and certainly not my last.
