Reserve your two-hour Winter Haus or come as you are and soak up the warmth, the laughter, and the rooftop vibes. Let’s get Brass Eye’d! FAQ’s: Each greenhouse is private and seats 6 to 8 comfortably. There is a $250 food and beverage minimum for weekdays and Sunday brunch. Fridays and Saturdays have a $350 food and beverage minimum for your party. 20% gratuity is also added to your party.

We had a wonderful time. Booked the Winter Haus rooftop experience, there were 6 of us. They had a heater to warm the space, nice ambiance. They had fire going outside. We ordered several things from the menu and everything was really good. Our server Owen was absolutely delightful!

Owen was our server and he went above and beyond the entire evening to make sure we had a great night. He really made it extra special!

First time here. Was Christmas Eve. Ambiance was super chill. Music a little loud for us. Food solid. Wish menu had some more options

Disappointing Santa brunch with the family. Santa was great, which was ultimately why I booked this restaurant even after being told it was sub par in quality and service. The warnings stood true as it took an hour for a biscuit tower ($35 for four biscuits w/ fruit, jam, chewy ham and pimento cheese) the biscuits were cold in the middle and sent back, second batch….the same. They did take them off our bill. $17 sourdough breakfast sandwich was tiny and not the best quality or taste. Buffalo wings tasted fine but presentation was terrible and half were warm and half were almost cold. Lemonade was sour and carbonated. To say we were a little disappointed and on top of that, the manager didn’t even make eye contact as we walked past him to leave, so I can see how the kitchen and staff are not providing the best quality service and food with the management they have. For this restaurant to be in the Junto, we expected more than the experience that was given.

We sat down around 9, we put our drink orders in. At about 9:30 we decided to leave because the server never came back and we just didn’t think it’d be worth it.

Service was great and the food was good! Owen was our server and he did a good job communicating , giving recommendations and overall attentiveness to our party! I wish the igloo was a bit warmer , but it was so cute

Our experience at Brass Eye was perfect for a special occasion. We booked a Winter Haus, which was so cute and cozy. Our service was exceptionally great! The food was 4/5 (all good but nothing to die for) drinks 5/5 for me.

We had reservations for the Santa brunch, and it was uncomfortable. Service was disjointed and slow, aside from our server the other staff seemed disinterested and pretentious, and overall the experience was subpar. The biscuits were hard and the food mediocre. We had a large party seated next to us who complained loudly, and at one point management came over and apologized to them- siting one of the reasons for their experience was because of the Santa/Winter Haus event - which is why we were there. Then we couldn’t find Santa, but almost missed him entirely because the whole experience was confusing. I’m not sure what they were aiming for with this event. We won’t be back to experience any other bars, restaurants, or events at this location.

The service was decent, took a little too long to get our waitress over for the first time and had to track her down to get the bill. Food came out fresh and didn’t take too long. The ribs were a little more tough than I would like but good! The Brussels could have used a little more seasoning/sauce. The mushrooms in the burrata dish were not appetizing. Cocktails were tasty!
