   Der Laden war einfach geschlossen! It was closed and the app let us still book a table. That was ridiculous!!!

   I am very disappointed to say my daughter and I made a reservation , open table took our reservation, we showed up AND THE RESTAURANT WAS CLOSED!!!! The restaurant AND Open Table should have better communications set up so customers are not able to make reservations if the restaurant is closed for vacations.

   Sorry i don t like to write bad comments but here they pass the line .Slow and not friendly service ,there no body speak english!!!! Food so bad and untaste .It s just the trap for tourist on tourist street .

   Dear Daniel, I am very surprised by your opinion about Brasserie Antoinette, and more than anything I am extremely sorry to knnow that your experience in the restaurant was bad. We work very hard to give the best service and the best food at the best quality to our customers, and I value a lot the feedbacks of our guests.    We had a news years eve tasting menu and wine pairing for €180pp. Both food and wine were excellent.

    We had a group of 7 people for Christmas Eve for their pre fixe menu, 80€/person. From the Moment we got there it was bad. The server said she would bring our complimentary glass of champagne in a minute but after about 45 minutes we finally just opened a bottle of champagne ourselves and then continued to serve ourselves. A amuse bouche was served after about an hour and it literally looked and tasted like bad baby food. We asked for water at least five times and never got it. It took about another half hour to get our first course which was over salted salmon rolls. After two hours and only being served our appetizers, we decided the whole thing was a losing proposition and got up to leave. When we went to pay, we asked for a discounted rate given that we only received an appetizer. They would hear nothing of it. Easily one of the worst meals of my life.
