   Made a quick reservation for 6. Seated in a reasonable time. That's where reasonable ended. Dirty table. Took forever for our easier to arrive. Took our drink order. While waiting we had to bring up ordering appetizers. Finally got our drinks. No silverware or napkins. Appetizers well 2 of them showed up. No small plates or offer to get some. 3rd appetizer finally showed up. All 3 were good. Service awful. Ordered our meals and nobody got their salads. They were removed from bill. Bar was not busy but drinks were very very slow to arrive. All of our meals were good. The most refreshing part of our 2 hours was our waiter apologizing for the bad service. Good food with bad service is a bad combination. We won't be back.

   We are regular patrons. Food and service are consistently outstanding. It is one reason we bring guests as we know there won’t be a disappointment.

   We had a reservation but they were short-staffed and we were directed to the bar to wait 15-20 mins. for our table. The bartender was so friendly and attentive—in contrast to our initial check-in experience—that we chose to eat in the bar. we felt it would be more enjoyable than a table that might be under- serviced. It was fun and we had a great meal.

   3/22/25 Tonight we went to the Louisville location of Bravo’s Italian Restaurant at 206 Bullitt Lane. I’ve mentioned before that my husband and I just love this restaurant. The Italian columns located around the room just make you think you’re back in an old Italian restaurant. The food choices range from Appetizers to Pizzas, Salads, Pastas, to Grilled Steaks and Pork Chops to the best choices of desserts. We made reservations with Open Table tonight. When we were seated we met our server, Shanna M. She was so sweet and helpful. She was like a little bee. She delivered beverages, platters of delicious food, bread, taking orders, and clearing tables! She was just wonderful and I loved her attitude. I usually get their delicious and huge Chicken Parmesan entree, but tonight I decided to order the Pasta Woozie. It was Fettuccini Alfredo with Grilled Chicken and Spinach. Oh, it was delicious. My husband chose his very favorite entree at Bravo’s, Spaghetti with 3 huge Meatballs, made just like his Italian Dad would have liked them. My husband loved his spaghetti and the bread. Just as we were finishing our food, Shanna came by to box up my leftovers and then the Manager, Reed came over with a Celebration Sundae for my birthday. It was a huge Martini Glass filled with scoops of Vanilla and Scoops of Chocolate Ice Cream, warm Brownies, Chocolate Sauce, Sprinkles, Lots of Whipped Cream and its own Sparkler! I loved it! The smile on Reed’s face was adorable! What an ending to an amazing meal!

   The food was decent, the restaurant was out of a wine selection with limited substitution. Server was on point but bar service was slow.

   One of my late mother’s two favorite restaurants. My wife and I and our youngest son celebrated what would have been her 97th birthday with Pasta Woozie and Maker’s Mark. Food was delicious as usual.

    We have celebrated many life events at Bravos, but this may be our last visit. The food was ok, but the bathroom was in bad condition. Signage out side had 2 of 3 letters out. My chair cushion was sinking…. The overall experience has gone downhill… sad for us.
