    My food was served cold, while my husband's meal was hot. Wine prices were much higher than the last time we ate at Bravo, and than what I consider reasonable. We ordered 9-ounce pours and were served 6-ounce pours, but charged the 9-ounce price. Won't be dining there again any time soon.

    The food was great but the service was a little slow. Once someone came to the table it was fine. It just took a few minutes for someone too come even though it wasn't busy. Overall, I would definitely recommend it.

    Food is consistently good, but VERY Sorry to see they have removed the cloth napkins. Also noticed the removal of a slab butter on a plate, to be replaced by individual butter packets. Sounds like small things, but it erodes the level of dining.

    Unfortunately, the service was very poor. Despite having reservations, we were seated at a table without any set up, and no one came by for at least 15 minutes. And it just kind of went on like that all evening. The eight of us were getting frustrated, and we sought the assistance of management, and that remedy the poor service issues. The food seemed reasonably priced

    This is always my favorite location. This is the first time I’ve ever gone for brunch & it did not disappoint!! The staff here is top notch & the meals are always outstanding.

    Packed and understaffed but staff was hustling and friendly and kind. Just a little too tight at times with the other tables.

    Bravo Mason always delivers. Great food (chicken scallopini), salmon and shrimp salads were fabulous, Dawn is a fast and friendly server. Great evening.

    We choose Bravo for our New Years Eve outing and we booked a reservation. We waited a few minutes to be sat, but it was busy. Service was prompt, the food was hot, and we enjoyed our evening.

    My mother and I have been coming here for new years eve for 4 years now. This year and last year we were placed in a row of tables nobody serves. The row before the last row. Same as last year we had to find a server and ask them to serve us!!!! She very graciously said yes, but this is ridiculous. Are we singled out to not be served, why are we always placed in the dead zone!!!!!
