The seating hostess was working double duty as a server, apologizing from the get-go that they only had two servers for the entire restaurant. Cooks were bringing food directly out they were so short staffed. After waiting 15 minutes for someone to take our orders, we immediately put in our beverage & lunch orders, fearing a lengthy wait. Tipped our server handsomely because it wasn’t her fault. I don’t know how many people called off and didn’t see anyone who looked like a manager.

We were really disappointed with the dinners we ordered. Not sure if it was the Chef that night. The waitstaff was great but we won't go back.

Had a reservation they were so packed had to wait to get seated. Gave us no silver ware or napkins until we sanded and when they did they were soaking wet. Lastly took over an hour to get our food. This was the worst experience we’ve ever had at Bravo

The service was terrible. The hostess took our drink order after sitting at our table for 15 minutes. We only saw our waiter twice during our dinner.

Our waiter was terrible. I had reservations and we got seated by a window that was very cold and crammed around other tables. We were celebrating my daughter’s 16th birthday and the waiter made nothing of it, despite us telling him that we were celebrating her birthday. We asked him to bring crème brûlée for dessert for her and he said that they did not have any and five minutes later showed up with a crème brûlée, which ruined a surprise for my daughter because he said right in front of her that they did not have any. My husband‘s and daughter’s fettuccine Alfredo was not good at all. We told the waiter and he did nothing about it. He also told my brother he did not have blue cheese dressing and yet showed up with a salad with blue cheese dressing. I’m not sure if he thought he was being funny or what, but he was not funny at all and he ruined our celebration of my daughter’s 16th birthday. He never even came back to the table to see if we needed anything.

fire alarm went off accidently and no one knew how to turn it off.it blasted for at least 10minutes and then the fire dept arrived.

Bravo is normally an excellent dinner experience; this was the first time we tried it for a Thanksgiving dinner. Everything started great, the reservation was on time, we got our table right away, and we ordered the Thanksgiving dinner, food was very good, but unfortunately, by accident, the FIRE alarm was triggered, and, unfortunately, my 5-year-old was so scared that my wife had to take her out. It took several minutes (~10 minutes) until they could shut it off... so by the time they could come back, dinner was a bit cold. I thought the management team would apologize for the inconvenience, but that never happened. For this reason, I can't give it a better rating, as the experience was not as great as I would have wanted it to be.

Had an absolutely amazing meal. Our server was attentive and very courteous. They had a Thanksgiving dinner available or their traditional Italian fare. Both were delightful. Will definitely do this again next year. Thank you for making it a beautiful meal to remember with my family.
