Second time here and whilst the food has been great again, the service was awful. We stood at the door waiting over 10mins to be spoken too, despite having a booking. When finally greeted there was no hello or politeness, just “do you have a booking”. Once seated we waited around 20mins and were not acknowledged by a waiter or even given one. I had to grab a random waitress to ask if we could order food. Once we ordered, we waited 45mins for our food (only ordered 2 main courses) and at least 15mins for our drinks (an apple juice and aperol spritz). This is unacceptable considering the service charge is 12.5% and there's clearly no service. The restaurant wasn't even full to capacity or that busy. Even to pay, we had to flag down a waitress for the bill and again for a card machine (with us waiting at least 15mins for each) That said, the food was delicious and is saving this restaurant. But l'd like more than 6 chips with my steak next time for £25. (Especially considering for cheaper meals you get a full plate of chips..)

Brilliant service at Bread Street Stratfordf. Everybody in the restaurant was very nice and helpful. The decor also looks great and fresh. The foot itself was alright but nothing spectacular. Overall a very pleasant experience, amazing staff and good value.

All good, just very bright lights, then went dark for a period, which was actually better, then lights back on and too glaring for relaxation.

The restaurant was in a great location of Stratford and a 10 minute walk to the ABBA arena . Food was fab and the staff were attentive and had great personalities. We enjoyed it all very much

Nice restaurant. NOT ROOFTOP! Had the wings, pie and butter chicken curry. Wings amazing ! Pie tasted the same as Tesco frozen pie, mash had no salt, The curry had minimal flavour and no heat. The rice was full of flavour almost too much. Brownie was tasty. Price was good. Paid £118 with 4 drinks.

The beef wellington seems overcooked and dry. Service is horrible. Waiting for the desserts menu for about 15minutes. Another 15 minutes to get the bills after the second request and it took another 10 minutes for the waiter to bring us the card machine after we asked for second time as well. Spoked to the manager on the floor and the manager apologised briefly but then seemed to dismiss the issue. So disappointed.

I booked the cocktail masterclass and we certainly met the master. Dennis, our mixologist was very knowledgeable about spirits and the science behind making alcohol. We had the upstairs bar to ourselves and made for a really intimate experience. We received a peach Bellini on arrival and settled into learning methods and sampling some cocktails. After an hr we headed downstairs for a snack and another cocktail, the scotch eggs were amazing. A great end to a fun and knowledgeable experience would highly recommend to others. Thank you to Dennis you were the perfect host.
