Breakneck Tavern is conveniently on Route 228 just 10 minutes from the Cranberry interchange. We are a Vintage Industrial Eco-Sustainable restaurant with a scratch menu influenced by Cajun/Creole and Southern BBQ cooking. Our menu offers a large selection of Sustainable Seafood and Farm to Table responsible ingredients. We have 41 beers, a Vintage inspired Cocktail list and extensive Wine List. We are open seven days a week for lunch, dinner and Sunday Brunch.

                                                                                          Everything was good, but the “over easy” eggs were definitely over cooked on both of our meals. The waitress offered to have them redone, but we were halfway through our meal before she checked back with us, and it wasn’t worth the inconvenience. An adjustment to the bill would have been nice, but none was offered.

                                                                                          Even though Breakneck was packed. We had reservations and was seated on time. Service was excellent and thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

                                                                                          Food preparation was long. Brussels sprouts were rock hard. Tocos not good. Crab cake cold. They need an update on menu.

                                                                                          This was our first time at the tavern and it was an amazing experience. Experience is always made better when you have an excellent weight staff and Hannah was exactly everything you want. From the steak to the salmon and the beignets everything was great definitely will be back again.

                                                                                          Comfort food at great prices - we had a bison burger, hangar steak and crab spaghetti entrees. PEI mussel stood out for me. Pork poutine was nice as well, just a tad hard and dry. Happy hour was a great catch.

                                                                                          We love to sit in the bar area. It’s busy, a little loud but good vibes. The food was delicious as always but the kitchen was running a little slow. They were busy and we were not in a hurry. It took 40 minutes for dessert to come out.
