    The experience tonight wasn’t what we were hoping for on my wife’s B-Day. The menu changes were disappointing, no lamb main course, and the lobster mac and cheese was served with a whole tail instead of the mixed chunks it used to have. Surprisingly, the filet mignon was tough, which was a first for me, and we even had to return one item. The staff overall was friendly, from the hostess to management, but our waiter lacked personality and felt robotic. When we explained how we wanted the checks split, his only response was, “One ticket, one ticket.” He did take a few photos for us for my wife’s birthday, but when we asked him to turn on the flash, he said it was against policy, even though the restaurant was empty at closing. We’re not ones to complain, we simply don’t return. For the price, the food fell short, missing seasoning and the passion it once had. The new menu just doesn’t measure up.

    This was our first time at Brenner's. The food and the service were excellent. The waiter acknowledged our Anniversary and congratulated us several times. The steaks were cooked perfectly. And while they are a sister restaurant to Mastro's (which we enjoy), I'd say these steaks were even better than the great steaks we had at Mastro's. The waiter also gave us a special complimentary anniversary brownie a la mode dessert in addition to the creme brulee we ordered. I haven't been back to this location since it was Rainbow Lodge, but I like what Brenner's did with the decor and the overall look of the restaurant.

    The steak was good. My expectations was too high. I can say otherwise the steak was okay. If I’m going to eat in a restaurant with such good ambience and service. The customers should keep their tone down when dining at brenners. Our experience is not what i expected it to be. The customers right next to us was too loud. It’s like were in a fish market eating our steak.

    Alex was our server & he did an OUTSTANDING JOB!!! We will definitely be back in the future. This place is award-winning & beautiful & certainly iconic. I love their foods.
