   Overall, it was a really nice place . Our server was fantastic . I would rate 8 out of 10 overall . Thank you.

   Atmosphere is great, very beautiful setting. The service was a little slow, not really attentive. Drinks look amazing and were satisfactory for most everyone. Food was underwhelming, personally had the creme brûlée french toast. Bread was very dry, huge chunk of bread, very dense angel food cake like consistency but not enough sorbet/ curd/ cream to help with dry and dense bread. Would recommend for a meet up and drinks but wouldn’t go back for brunch.

   Beautiful restaurant, delicious food and a lovely server ! However, your young restaurant manager has a lot to learn about customer service and reservation management.

   Not worth it despite the nice decor. Visited this place with my daughter yesterday. While the interior is beautifully decorated and definitely Instagram-worthy, the food and service were really disappointing. I ordered the fried chicken and waffles for $26, expecting something special—but it came with just three overcooked chicken fingers and three small waffles. Not at all worth the price. On top of that, the server was unfriendly and seemed uninterested in helping us feel welcome. This might be a spot to snap a few photos, but I wouldn’t recommend it for any kind of special occasion. The experience just doesn’t match the atmosphere.

   Customer service was not good. The lady who brought us the bill was so rude. Would never come at this location again Prefer downtown location . Staff is so sweet there

   Love this place. The food is delicious and beautiful presentation. Service was perfect. She seemed to know the perfect timing to come to our table. Drinks looked so beautiful too. My latte had a flower design. So cute.

   Space and decor are great! Food is not the best! Just looks good but tastes so bland. I found most servers to be a bit aggressive and rude. This is my second time there and I had the same experience both times. Staff need to be more welcoming, cheerful and accommodating

   This was our first visit to Brew and Bloom, and unfortunately it was a tad disappointing. The food was okay, and the ambiance is nice but the service was dreadful. The individual who greeted us wasn’t welcoming or friendly. I didn’t see any of the servers smiling or happy. I overheard some complaining about guests and others looked disengaged. Our food arrived after 40 minutes (at lunchtime) so we ate quickly and had to leave. I don’t think we’ll visit again. Disappointing.
