Bridge Street Bistro is a 2nd and 3rd floor space above the Island Time Bar & Grill at the corner of Bridge Street and Gulf Drive. We feature stunning views of the Gulf from our beautiful bay windows and outdoor deck on our 3rd floor. Our ambiance is inspired by the dinner houses of the "Rat Pack" era and you will find music to match on the speakers from the likes of Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin. Enjoy the delicious fresh seafood and hand cut steaks from Chef David Thompson's team in our Kitchen. We have an extensive wine list and craft cocktails to pare with the experience. Jennifer Mallard's service team will ensure you have an unforgettable experience.
Elevator service is available and there is parking in the resort designated for our guests, please see a parking attendant.

Had dinner at the bar while the sun was setting. Kal and Christie were behind the bar and were wonderful. Blackened grouper was terrific. We visit the Bistro every year when we come to AMI. Only “dislike” is the oddly themed “rat pack” decor.

Hello Pam! Thank you for joining us for dinner. As our renovations continue, you should see the entire Speak Easy theme come together more. We are embracing the old, Rat Pack vibe as we just love that era and feel.

My husband and I both had grouper dinners. Real mashed potatoes and perfectly sautéed squash. Beautifully decorated with micro greens and edible pansies. Wonderful meal enjoyed as the sunset.

The fish (grouper and bass) were perfected cooked but had too much salt. The Caesar salad, risotto and zucchini were all delicious. Good wine pairing suggestions. Michelle was fantastic!

Disappointed in our experience. The bar was rowdy and we were sitting right next to it. Feel the entire experience was poor. Food was just OK. Our waiter, though good, had too many tables and it took a long time. We were bothered by people at the bar who came and talked with us. Won't be back.

Wonderful meal. Great sunset. Service was awesome. A favorite place to visit every year. New faces but as friendly as usual. Menu was a little limited but assuming it is because they are getting things back up and running since the hurricanes.
