There was a Christmas party going on - they should not have opened the outside to reservations. Our server did the best they could; they were swamped inside and having to manage outside, too. The food was subpar for the price we paid. They should have focused on the Christmas party and let the rest go. We had to keep going inside to ask the hostess for help (who was incredibly nice and helpful). Honestly, I won't be going back.

We’ve been coming since they opened. It’s never disappointed. The service is excellent as is the food. Portions are large. Would highly recommend.

Fiirstly, the temperature of the restaurant was cold and so much so it was uncomfortable. Wait staff said they had raised the thermostat but after over an hour, not much improvement. The menus are typed in too small a print. Maybe 8 or 9 pt . Should be larger print for older clients. I could not read the menu or the prices even with my glasses. The wait staff was wonderful, the food delicious. The greeter at the door impeccable. Reservation helpful and on time. Open Door very helpful.

We sat outside for our Christmas dinner with friends. Their beautiful patio area is protected with temporary walls and there were plenty of heat lamps. Service is outstanding and food is delicious - always a lovely experience!

Had our team holiday party at Bridges and were very satisfied. Good food choices, reasonable prices, and great assortment of desserts for sharing! Even though we were in the dining room, we felt like we had our own private space and could enjoy the event. Thank you, Bridges, for being part of our holiday celebration this year!

Our server was great and patient with my 87 year old mother. Food was great, as usual.

Great service and ambience. Bread and butter are good but poke is average. Chicken and waffles; chicken is flavorless and dry, waffle is fluffy and chewy. Good bacon syrup. Shrimp salad is overdressed and soggy. The cabbage becomes less crunchy because there is too much dressing.

This is my 4th annual family dinner I have hosted here and we keep coming back the food is always consistent staff and and ambiance are great!

The service at Bridges today was awful. Our server took our order and didn’t bring food for at least 45 minutes. The restaurant was not crowded so don’t know what took so long. Waiter barely talked and seemed uncomfortable with even interacting with us. My food, grilled shrimp and noodles, was so soggy, and cold, that I didn’t eat it. Would not recommend going here anytime soon.
