    Excellent service on a very busy Xmas evening. The kitchen also rose to the occasion admirably. Family situation required dining out and we are grateful that Brio was open

    We never got to eat. We had reservations for 5:15, we sat at 5:40, we order appetizers and we left at 6:40 with out eating. It was super busy on Christmas Day, maybe will try another day.

    we went here on Christmas Day. As there was not many restaurants open, we made reservations a month prior. It seems that they overbooked. The server advised us that to expect the food not to come out for at least 30 to 45 minutes. I’m glad she told us out ahead of time as we did not expect to be at that much of a wait. The service was good, but the food not so much probably because they were strained on resources note to self don’t go to restaurants on Christmas Day.

    It was Christmas day and restaurant was way Overbooked, service was extremely slow and food was very mediocre. Waiter tried his best to keep up, but it was just a losing battle. Customers all around us were so frustrated that they never received their food. It’s typically a well-worn restaurant However we’re not prepared for the Christmas rush and accepted excessive reservations.

    The food and service were exceptional. We arrived 15 minutes prior to our reservation, and they were able to seat us immediately.

    We waited 20min for our reserved table and once we got seated, we sat for 15min being ignored the whole time. My husband finally got up and asked the hostess where our server was. Apparently, one waiter thought we were another waiters table a vice versa. The food came late and my asparagus was soggy. Not a real good experience for a birthday dinner.
